Features

This system is tied directly into the main computer. Using a video display screen and keyboard, the cash register also permits access to financial and customer service applications already on the main computer. It also provides participant usage tracking.

Optional interfaces exist to AEK Membership Management for new, renewals, upgrades, invoicing and payments on account, integrated AEK Bankcard Validation processing, AEK Debit Card deduction or replenishment, and AEK Inventory updating.

Use it from any number of locations with unique user-defined pre-set items for each site on a AEK Point-of-Sale application license. User-defined programmable function keys provide fast, easy, single-keystroke entry. Immediate cross-checking to other on-line systems and updating of data files improves cash, information and revenue controls.

Use by participants may be tabulated by activity at any facility and analyzed through the participant usage component of the system. Create your own categories and counting procedures and let this system correlate the use against the related revenues and expenses.

Participant Usage G/L account numbers are tagged. Usage figures may be entered directly via pre-set items in Point-of-Sale, with daily cash reports entered through AEK Membership Management, or on a stand-alone basis. Records are kept by activity, revenue code, unit of use (attendance, rounds, sales, etc.) and dollar value. Detail and summary reports are created and printed for day, week, month and by year for numbers of participants by type of activity and revenue/cost per unit. Historical values are stored for comparison year to year.

On-site or remote Daily Cash Reporting permit any level of supervisory regulation desired. The Daily Cash Report includes time stamped transaction history, summaries by: account, type of payment, membership, inventory, and location. Updates to the AEK General Ledger and other optional AEK systems are automatic.
