Our AEK Systems Software includes:
- Membership Management keeps track of multiple memberships and accounts receivable. Membership activity usage is recorded through "check in" under a single member Universal ID number. Universal Photo ID can create a photo ID and print the Universal ID number or bar code on the card. Electronic Funds Transfer Membership Renewal is a subsystem of Membership Management providing the ability to create monthly account debits to member’s bank checking or savings accounts. These electronic fund transfers (EFT) are done on a periodic, usually monthly, basis through a bank industry-standard ACH file.
- Recreation Registration records program registrants participation and revenue.
- Reservation Scheduling streamlines customer reservations and internal reservations. Any type of booking and booking fees can be connected to the event.
- Golf Reservations streamlines the Advanced Tee Times and Walk in Tee Times reservation and check-in.
- Sports Scheduling automates team league scheduling and record keeping. Player and team results, roster, multiple fields, sponsors and officials information can all be maintained with each team.
- Point-of-Sale includes Participant Usage, to allow tracking line items by Quantity and Sales. Point-of-Sale can produce a single customer receipt for a Membership, Registration and Reservation receipt. Point-of-Sale interfaces with Bank Card Validation, Debit Card and Ticketing, Touch Screen Check-in, and Gift Card.
- The AEK Global Database and Security system components are the Definitions, Utilities and system Security. All system wide code files are entered in Definitions. Utilities allows you to customize which features you have active throughout the entire system, as well as other system administrative routines. The Security system allows the system administrator to allow or prevent operators from accessing data.
