The AEK Membership Management System keeps track of multiple memberships while processing all forms of revenue. Customer records for membership activities are maintained via the Universal Card system under a single member ID. Membership accounts may be established to accept charges on account to be billed by monthly statements.
Cash receipts and payments on account are entered, listed and updated to the AEK General Ledger. Account balances may be obtained by on-line inquiry. Revenue summaries by G/L account may be listed whenever desired and are as up-to-date as the latest entry. Membership refunds are automatically processed via interface to the AEK Accounts Payable system.
The AEK Universal Card component of the Membership Management System requires the least amount of labor to maintain and monitor, while keeping accurate revenue and records regarding new memberships, renewals, participation, and verified access. This system uses an identification method which can coordinate and control multi-facility memberships via a single user ID and record.
It records any single master ID to know the member’s name, number, and recognition method (photo, hand, eye, etc). Anytime a member accesses any facility, only ONE form of ID is ever required. It is never updated unless it becomes unrecognizable. Specific membership information is never updated on the card, so the card never expires. Only the computer record contains the current membership information.
The result is a tamper-proof membership record and access system which costs less than traditional methods while providing faster customer service and outstanding comprehensive management information about all the activities and facilities in which the member participates and for all membership types as a whole.
Comprehensive reporting is provided on a detail and summary basis for the easy recovery of information. Automatic systems for refunds, subsidiary ledger balancing and month-end procedures insure system integrity. Complete member statistics, renewals, and marketing information and processing are performed automatically.
Optional interfaces exist for the Global Member Database to AEK Registration Management, AEK Reservation Management, AEK Sports Scheduling. The AEK Touch-Tone Membership Renewal system allows your customers to do all the renewal work for you.
