Sports Scheduling

The AEK Sports Scheduling System automates all facets of team and individual competition record keeping. Leagues, teams, rosters, managers and more are kept on file, scheduled and assigned to play locations through AEK Reservation Scheduling and ranked according to results of play. The AEK Registration Management interface allows classes to be automatically assigned to teams.

Features

The AEK Sports Scheduling systems’ flexible record keeping formats permit staff to define only as much information to be stored as necessary. Leagues, teams and managers are required, but rosters, officials, player stats and other details are optional.

Fair schedules are automatically created by the computer taking into account the times and dates when leagues and teams cannot play by exception. A wide-variety of pre-defined schedules are provided with the system. Users may define additional schedules or clone existing ones and modify to suit their specific needs.

Tournament, single and double round-robin, and elimination playoff schedule options may be used.

Rescheduling and rain dates are accounted for and planned into the schedules.

Custom schedules are printed including space to record results for entry into the computer and subsequent reports of standings as well as rules, regulations, and other optional information and formats.

Eliminate much of the manual drudgery, time and difficulty involved in developing and maintaining a sports schedule.

Optional interfaces exist for AEK Recreation Registration for classes of sports participants and AEK Membership Management for access to the Global Member Database. The AEK Reservation Management system is a pre-requisite in order to provide the sports arena locations upon which to schedule competitions.
